How long have you worked at CWJR?
I have worked at CWJR for a little over two years!
What is a day in the life of your role like?
My days are pretty busy! I typically see about 8 patients per day for treatment sessions, evaluations, and screenings!
What is your favorite part of being an SLP?
My favorite part about being an SLP is seeing my patients make progress and improving their ability to communicate with those around them. Knowing you are able to make a positive difference in someone’s life is truly rewarding!
Do you have any advice for someone pursuing a position similar to yours?
Go for it! You wont regret it. It is a challenging but very rewarding career. Ask questions and get as much experience as you can because there is always something new to learn!
