How long have you worked at CWJR?

What is a day in the life of your role like?
One thing I love is that every day is different! It is always fun, fast paced, and challenging. As therapists, we are always striving to challenge our patients in order to help them advance in their independence and meet their goals!
What is your favorite part of being a COTA?
My favorite part of being a COTA is the fact that I am constantly learning new things, meeting amazing people with inspiring stories, and having the honor of helping some of those people achieve their goals!
Do you have any advice for someone pursuing a position similar to yours?
Continue to learn and seek knowledge throughout the course of your career, don’t give up when things get difficult, and try to have fun!!
